ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Please note:

The selection process is competitive and the committee will review the proposals based on an assessment of artistic merit, community impact and feasibility.

Works in progress are difficult for the committee to assess and therefore, finalized work is most often prioritized. If you are submitting a work-in-progress or site-specific idea, please share as much information as possible, including sketches and mock-ups.

Curators and their artistic team are solely responsible for installing and deinstalling the show, returning the exhibition spaces to their original state.

Please note that each exhibit will have 48h to install and 48h to deinstall, and proposals should reflect feasibility to these timelines.

There is some assistance available through the technical staff at the Libby Leshgold Gallery by contacting Kevin Romaniuk at kromaniuk@ecuad.ca.

Curators are responsible for contacting the gallery, and assistance will be provided according to the staff’s availability and capacity.

The Student Exhibitions Committee is not responsible for show installation.

The committee will determine what spaces to place each show.

Curators may identify preferred locations, but these cannot always be supported.
